BUILD AN AGILE PRODUCT ROADMAP

 

In the enterprise, everything has become “Agile”. Agile thinking doesn’t belong to a specific group within the company anymore, but it’s becoming a more and more inspirational principle outside the “tech people” community as well.

Now, which are the challenges to face in order to take advantage of this methodological revolution on a larger scale? How to combine the incremental growth philosophy with the natural urgency of the management to create long-term plans and Roadmaps? How to delegate efficiently and with a fair level of control the decisions taken in the Agile “rituals”? How to harmonise Agile processes with the organisational levels and people development?

The workshop – through theory and practice – aims at exploring the beneficial effects of Agile and at neutralising its secondary effects, from an entrepreneurial point of view. The innovation methods analysed will be those introduced by Scaled Agile theories in the latest years.
