Summary of the speech (draft );

Corporate entrepreneurship is crucial for FS Group, enabling the organization -that is traditionally averse to risk-taking- to innovate, driving leaders and teams toward an increased level of corporate enterprising. In addition to the obvious benefits obtained through innovation, this approach also provides the organizational benefit of setting the stage for leadership continuity.

This is why FS Group intends corporate entrepreneurship as a key enabling factor to stimulate and foster organic growth. In fact, FS Group, in order to make the innovation happen is not only committed to carry out inbound innovation -finding external solutions to be implemented internally- but it is also devoted to implement outbound innovation. In particular, through “INNOVATE”, the internal cross-fertilization program, which represents the core initiative, oriented to engage employees, create a contamination among operating companies, eliciting internal know-how and to adopt innovative tools and methodologies useful to develop new businesses, products, services or processes to create value and generate new revenue growth through entrepreneurial thought and action.

A continuative corporate program which is launched each year by FS Group is an aggregator of people with different roles and skills, from different companies, in order to implement business projects not only related to the core business of the Group, but also to investigate adjacent markets and opportunities.
